There are several ways to counter the phobia, which all seem like they would fail miserably on how it is paralyzed phobic air. Apart from living in a bubble with a controlled atmosphere, do come to mind to deal with such a phobia. Even a bit of fresh air to help purify the mind would not be helpful in this case.

 Phagophobia

And the last piece of our American dream is to have three meals a day. But what if you had phagophobia, fear of eating? There are people - in hospitals - living on liquid food. But go without food to be twisted on a daily basis, unless of course you are a phagophobic. It must be difficult for a phobic like this to go on a date, because it obviously would not ask his departure date for dinner. And the festival will also be terribly lonely without company and good food!

 Somniphobia and Clinophobia

Although not necessarily have to be somniphobic clinophobic, does not really matter when you realize that sleep is not an option anymore! Personal Somniphobia afraid to sleep, when a person suffering from fear clinophobia beds. I'm sure clinophobic can only sleep standing up. However, people need REM sleep cycles to digest the thoughts and daily activities. Without sleep, a person may slowly insane because of fatigue and too many screws loose drink. We all have nightmares, but can you imagine the nightmare of waking up to go to sleep?

From now on, this list of characteristics of phobias that people have to do to survive. And that means phobias, or fear urophobia to urinate, it would cramp the lifestyle of anyone. A catheter may be a palliative, as someone else has agreed to change the bag phobic. Regardless, everyone has to release bodily waste, and this fear could make the bathroom a very unpleasant experience, wherever they are phobic,

 Anthropophobia and Lalophobia

At no 6 on our list, these fears can be isolated from a phobia of life. Anthropophobia is the fear of people, while lalophobia is talking about fear. Perhaps a hermit domatophobia anthropophobic should meet. No, it does not work, because the person continues to be a hermit. And do not forget that you'll never be able to talk to or about another person, at least not make good social skills

 Chronophobia

The fear of clocks can be easily overcome, but the alternative definition of chronophobia is fear of time. Time surrounds us, binds us - sorry, Star Wars moment. If a person had to get rid of all reminders of time as the clocks would be one thing. But fear has a way to track someone. As soon as she thought that escapes time, perhaps his mental health could too.

Stasibasiphobia

Most people may think that the couch potato, this fear of standing and walking. It is not true, the majority of couch potatoes are just a thought disgusting. However, a person could ever stasibasiphobia very well do anything in his life, unless he or she in a wheelchair. But what if this person is afraid of someone else get up and walk? Most Americans have four walls, three meals a day and a bed to sleep. Unfortunately, most of these things are on this list whose paralyzing phobias domatophobia, fear of houses or being in a house. The only cure for this phobia would be logical to live in a cave or other natural forum, but fear not include apartments or condos. Regardless, it's part of the American dream shattered.

They just did! That just made the decision to continue reading this list, which includes the phobia of making decisions, decidophobia. A person can not make a decision is likely to be forever stuck in a rut. Unless something becomes second nature, such as daily routines, a person can be paralyzed by the simple decision of what to eat for breakfast.

Nyctophobia and photophobia

Therefore these fears, which are the same parties together as a yin-yang symbol - literally. Nyctophobia is the fear of night or darkness, while Photophobia is the fear of light. Perhaps the only way to deal with these fears is sleeping all night or all day, and then again to turn off all the lights could help control a phobic fear of the dark, and not necessarily the electricity bill. Moreover, a phobia of having to live in the black for the rest of his life - talk about being white as a sheet

Have you ever met someone who was afraid of something that should not be afraid, because he was a little 'outside the norm - and I do not talk about the fear of drowning, or a fear of heights, because it is good to be afraid of things that can make you of evil, and a small fear prevents us from doing things that can cause problems later. However, too many people are afraid of things like the dark, or going out.

If you want more information about phobias that people have, it is a great book, one you should read, and it will help you understand these people who have these fears and phobias and how you can help them overcome their fear and understand how to treat these characters as you encounter them. The name of the book that I recommend is;

Phobias - diseases and disorders, "by Gail B. Stewart, published by Lucent Books, Inc., San Diego, CA, (2001), 96 pages, ISBN: 1-56006-726-8.

In this book the author puts you in the spirit of those terrible feelings of fear, or suffering from an anxiety disorder. When you put yourself in their perspective, it becomes immediately clear how it could be debilitating. The author explains in the chapter of history and the first research on phobias, even though we now know much more than we ever did at the time.

Fortunately, the author gives the speed. And although this book was written in 2001, neuroscientists have learned since then is a good basic book essential reading. There is also a chapter on the challenges of phobias and how they can cause social problems, the book explains phobias and fears we all have, whether justified or not necessarily.

If you've ever seen someone having a panic attack, there is a chapter that explains what is happening in their mind and how you lose control. Once we understand this and look at the ramp with fear, can bring back the view of them speaking a certain way. In fact, in Chapter 6 of the last chapter, the author explains how to overcome phobias, if you happen to have one, and how to help others and try to help them overcome their own fears.

People have much to fear. Although we are better able to protect themselves perhaps than any other species on the planet, we are also aware of the dangers for many. Remember, everyone is afraid, even irrational, part time.

Do you have fear and phobia of meeting new people? Are you someone who wants all those you love? Do you feel anxious in a social setting? A couple of years ago, I said yes to the above questions, however, have managed to gain the confidence to deal with these situations and enjoy. In this article I will write about how I managed to achieve this goal.

There are many people who feel uncomfortable when it comes to meeting new people. Will be quite shy and seemingly afraid of what these new people react to them and treat them. They may ask certain questions like, what if I do not like this new person? What if they think I'm stupid or boring? They may be counting on their social skills and the ability to make a good impression, people always say that first impressions are important, and this only adds to the pressure. All this stress and fear is not good and is certainly not going to help in a situation when you have to worry about anything ever helped anyone?

I had a speech impediment known as stuttering or stammering, this was a significant negative impact on their confidence and led to huge frustration for me to live. It was not as if I had a stuttering every word or every situation, and sometimes I could speak quite well, so the frustration.

Every time I had to meet new people, demons, my head or I am always questions about how the person reacts, if you do not stutter when you talk about him / her? What happens if the block and I can not say anything, how can I explain that this new person? So I really do not have fear and phobia of meeting new people. This may seem a trivial problem for people who rely on socialization, but there was something that caused me great concern and stress. It 'made by participating in interviews, meetings, and that some of the employment battle.

In the end I decided that I needed to improve my life and gain confidence. I tried to do this by reading lots of books and self-confidence physcology, I also performed at the same time disposed of a stutter. About a year I managed to work very hard to get a smooth surface and had learned a lot of stress, fear, phobias and confidence.

Now, I like meeting new people and have the attitude that I do not care if I like it or not. Some people will take me some do not. Some people think they are interesting to me, others think I'm boring. At the end of the day, life is too short in my opinion, to convey too much about what others think of us.

What phobia people? I'm sure there are some psychological official term to describe what it really is, but what I think is not necessarily the fear of people. This would mean that one man / would be afraid of his / her own kind. I do not think that's what I am referring.

Phobia of people in my definition, are those that affect or unpleasant consequences arising from the interaction with people. Shy people can relate to this direction, the better.

Shy people are usually not afraid of people they know, he meets new people who are afraid. Even then, they know the company network is important.

But there is fear of the details involved, such as;

  • Having to come forward and think of interesting things to say,
  • Having to talk to a later time, and build a relationship with a stranger
  •  Let get to know a little better.

These typically include features phobia.

There are several ways to overcome these kinds of inhibitions. Because it's all in the mind, it can be controlled or eliminated. The following are three reasons that may motivate a person to finally overcome the phobia people;

First People are not going anywhere.

Unless some sort of catastrophic extinction level event, people are going to continue. This is a surprising fact, if you take advantage of building relationships and the people, to conquer a phobia.

In fact, the mortality rate for people in general longer than ever before. This means that you have many people to practice relationship building skills.

Second More people mean more choices.

More people can mean more, especially if you are an active and confident conquering your fears. If you are not satisfied with the results that you are coming to life and business, think about all those people who are willing and able to serve to success. You should, of course, be open and willing to help others in the same way, but the possibilities are endless when it comes to people, more options.

Third Embracing the fear is a triumph.

Last but not least, is the fact that you have a winning position, and to celebrate the victory, when you take your fear. When you can take the fears and overcome them, have taken a big step forward to put them all in the past. This should be recognized as real progress, and is a sign of enormous growth. People Phobia win!
